Paulette Rowe has a double major in Counseling and Human Resource Development from Samford University. She has also earned a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Ambridge University and is currently a Ph.D. candidate with a specialization in Family Studies and Intervention Strategies.

Paulette is a Certified International Holistic Life Coach, focusing on mind, body and spirit with special emphasis on wellness. As a certified Life Coach, Paulette conducts seminars, workshops and coaching for women, youth and organizations. As a Life Coach she focuses on emotional, physical, spiritual health and healing.

This wonderful and gifted woman brings over 25 years of experience in working with at-risk and homeless youth. Trinity Counseling is delighted to have Paulette on our staff coaching students, parents and staff at Restoration Academy, a private urban Christian school located in Fairfield, Alabama, which ministers to many at-risk youth. Paulette serves as a Life Coach and mentor for staff, individuals and families for the students at Restoration in individual and group settings.
