Through your generosity, Trinity provided over 1500 Counseling sessions and responded to 900+ new request for Counseling appointments last year.
The barriers to receiving professional mental healthcare services have never been more serious. The stigma associated with mental health care, limited finances, and too few professionals to support the needs of the population is a growing problem. Awareness of, access to, and affordability of mental health resources are three major factors in determining whether a person can get the support they need – Trinity Counseling prioritizes all three.
In 2025 alone Trinity served over 1500 clients and with the generosity of private donors and grants Trinity was able to provide over $255,000 in sliding scale and pro bono services. We need your help to continue providing exceptional mental health care to our clients, regardless of their ability to pay.
Annual Fall Benefit
Last year we celebrated 25 years of ministry serving the Greater Birmingham area, to raise awareness and funding for professional, affordable, and accessible mental health care!
Our 2026 benefit will be held on Thursday, October 15th, from 6 – 8:30 pm at Cahaba Brewing. Taco Mama will sponsor delicious food, and live music will be provided by The Whistlebees. We will have an exciting silent auction with items that represent the best of Birmingham, which is in the making. We also will have a courageous and inspiring speaker sharing her experience with Trinity’s Ministry. It will be such a special night!
