Through your generosity, Trinity provided 11,000+ counseling sessions and responded to 800+ new requests for counseling appointments last year.

The barriers to receiving professional mental healthcare services have never been more serious. The stigma associated with mental health care, limited finances, and too few professionals to support the needs of the population is a growing problem.  Awareness of, access to, and affordability of mental health resources are three major factors in determining whether a person can get the support they need – Trinity Counseling prioritizes all three.

In 2023 Trinity provided 11,000+ counseling sessions and responded to 800+ new requests for counseling appointments. The needs are growing and funding is critical.

Annual Fall Benefit

Last year we celebrated 25 years of ministry serving the Greater Birmingham area, to raise awareness and funding for professional, affordable, and accessible mental health care!

Our event was held on Thursday, October 16th, from 6 – 8:30 pm at Cahaba Brewing. Taco Mama sponsored delicious food, and live music was provided by The Whistlebees. We had an exciting silent auction with items that represent the best of Birmingham, which is in the making. We also had a courageous and inspiring speaker sharing her experience with Trinity’s Ministry. It was such a special night!
