In Memoriam: Samuel A. Saxon, Consultant and Psychologist Emeritus

On Wednesday morning, June 28, 2023 our beloved Dr. Sam Saxon: colleague, co-founder, mentor, friend, and seasoned psychologist was called into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior. With multiple decades of work in the field and devotion to the Greater Birmingham community, his love, wisdom, and experience has mentored, served, and guided Trinity Counseling since its humble beginnings. His gentle, generous, kind, and loving heart also came with a magically quick wit and a profound sense of humor. We grieve this tremendous loss, but we do not grieve without hope because we know that our dear friend is with His Savior and has been received by grace with the words, “Well done My good and faithful servant.” He will be sorely missed by all of us!
